During Week 5 of summer at Meadow Ranch, one camper arrived with hesitation. The previous year had been difficult—homesickness, the fast pace, and constant activity had made camp a challenge. Before deciding to return, he spent several days in prayer, asking God whether he should go back. Through that time, he sensed God calling him to step out in faith and trust Him.
From the first night in chapel, things felt different. Watching the opener and hearing the speaker teach sparked excitement and hope. Instead of withdrawing, he began engaging with his cabin, diving into recreation, and forming real friendships. Throughout the week, his favorite moments were always in chapel, where the story of Joseph came alive through teaching and drama.
When the week ended, the transformation didn’t fade. Back home, his parents noticed a renewed passion for God’s Word and a deeper spiritual maturity. He now eagerly reads his Bible, asks thoughtful questions, and lives out his faith daily.
