Working for Hume, we often are asked, “What is going on up at Hume?”. As Hume has expanded from coast to coast- the question remains the same for any of our campuses. While we were working out naming this monthly newsletter, we kept coming back to in our brainstorming sessions, that people want to know what is going on up at Hume. The name stuck and was a perfect fit for what we are hoping to accomplish.
Our heart is to keep you connected to what is happening at Hume. This monthly newsletter will include stories from camp, behind-the-scenes looks at what is going on in the ministry, Hume Alumni stories, and much more!
It has been said that you can leave Hume, but Hume doesn’t leave you. Many of you reading this have a Hume story. Memories, friendships, traditions, and life change through the incredible ministry of Hume.
Our hope is that this newsletter will keep you connected and give you that little bit of Hume to carry with you each month. Whether it be reminding you of a commitment you made while at Hume, the smell of manzanita as you pull into camp, or the taste of a Snack Shop meal on a Summer day.
